Supply Chain Management Analyst (Associate or Experienced)

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Air Dominance is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst to support the Materials Management team in Berkeley, MO.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Supply Chain Management Analysts.
Position Responsibilities:
Receiving and distribution of material
Grief resolution
Government material compliance
Warehousing and inventory management
Cycle counting and inventory accuracy
Manage sustainment reports
Support internal and external audits
Releases and maintains orders
Make/Buy Shortage management and Kit readiness reporting
Documents and resolves order delinquencies
Oversee and support kitting
Reports schedule adherence issues
Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions
Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain
Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers
Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan
Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
Coordinates and supports process improvements
Works under general supervision
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required
Provide excellent customer service
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment
1+ years of experience with Materials Management Analysis or Supply Chain Management Analysis
1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
1+ years of experience in coordinating and resolving supply chain complexities that are critical in keeping production schedules on track
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Have or have held an active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
Ability to evaluate and prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency
Strong attention to detail and be able to identify and resolve discrepancies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $70,550 – $95,450
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3): $85,850 – $116,150
