We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technology Operations Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our application ecosystem. You will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices, and ensuring smooth, stable operations in a dynamic 24/7 environment.
About You
2 years of experience in application support, technology operations, or a similar technical role.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in troubleshooting, first/second‑level support, and resolving user‑reported technical issues.
2 years of experience working in structured operational environments, including monitoring, ticket management, and scheduled tasks.
It Would Be Great if You Also Had…
Experience with SaaS, COTS, or custom-built applications
Familiarity with change, incident, and problem management frameworks
Exposure to automation or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
Experience in supporting batch jobs / scheduled processes
Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
Provide first and second-level technical support for internal and external customer issues related to applications.
Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to root cause analyses to improve long‑term system stability.
Implement industry best practices, automation, and monitoring to maintain a stable operational environment.
Plan and execute small to medium change requests, partnering with business users to define requirements.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled jobs and validate outputs.
Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuous monitoring in a 24/7 environment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
