A proven record of attracting and closing high-caliber candidates in competitive markets.
Excellent stakeholder-management, influencing, communication and relationship-building skills, supported by strong executive presence and commercial judgment.
Experience managing external search firms and recruitment partners, including maintaining effective market relationships.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using recruiting data and market intelligence to inform strategy and decision-making.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and experience in managing multiple priorities across functions and geographies in a dynamic environment.
