Yield Improvement Engineer

Qualifications: Master's degree or higher, in EE/CS, from a premier institution, with academic work focused on Design For Test, in advanced technology nodes Minimum 15+ years experience in working on Yield Improvement techniques for leading System-On-Chip designs. Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python programming language.  Must have demonstrable work experience of implementing solutions in these languages. Good familiarity and understanding of the latest algorithms in AI/ML.  Implementation experience in AI/ML is highly preferred. Knowledge and experience with EDA tools and flows is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills highly essential. Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $147,400 - $235,800.  This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
