WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as a right-hand partner and force multiplier for the founders—driving execution and clearing bottlenecks
- Own high-impact projects and day-to-day operations across hiring, finance, legal, and general ops, delaying the need for dedicated hires
- Design and implement lightweight, effective processes for hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, and internal coordination
- Shape and maintain the company’s culture—being the glue that keeps people connected, cared for, and operating at a high standard
- Roll up your sleeves for whatever is needed (e.g., offsites, vendor management, documentation)
- Take on any role you like as the company scales
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Required: 0→1 experience—building from scratch in a high-uncertainty environment
- Ideally: 1→10 experience at a fast-growth startup
- Ideally: Experience working across two+ teams with distinct cultures, giving you intuition for how culture forms and scales
- Generalist mindset with strong strategic thinking and a bias for action
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or Head of Operations
- Exceptional ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving
- Strong execution, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-functional coordination ability
- High work ethic, adaptability, and comfort with fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurial ambition and appetite for increasing responsibility
